It seems that the GameStop in Tuscaloosa is featuring an alternate cover for NCAA Football 11.

This Is Getting Ridiculous…
Someone sent me the following video after seeing my picture show up in it…
(Warning…Offensive Language)
and, another friend sent me a link to an Auburn website where my photo was the background on the website’s homepage…
Gotta love the internet. Roll Tide.

Alabama’s New Basketball Jerseys
I’m excited about Anthony Grant, but I’m not sold on the Tide’s new jerseys just yet (as seen above). Don’t get me wrong, they are okay but the Tide’s retro look from the past few years is hard to top (see below).
Winning games is all that matters and I think Grant will do just that.

Avery’s First Beach Trip
We took a much needed vacation to Destin, Florida from August 10-15. This was Avery’s first trip to the coast. We had a great time! Vacationing with a child is much different from our previous vacations, pre-Avery. We learned that it’s not about us anymore. We wouldn’t have it any other way!

Fuge Day 2
Day 2 is in the books. Highlights…
- Our students are getting settled into their Bible studies and connecting with students from other churches.
- Our church group devotions have been great times to unpack the day’s highlights.
- Worship has been very powerful and our students are responding.
- Our middle schoolers are the youngest group at camp this week but they are setting the example for the older believers.
- Camp food is camp food.
- Sleep is something that we take for granted when we are back home.
- I love my roommate Jeff Hindman, but I miss my girls back home (even though Jeff and Avery have the same hair).
