I am a 30 year old guy living in Homewood, Alabama; a suburb of Birmingham.
I am a Christian and I am serving as the Associate Minister to Students at Dawson Memorial Baptist Church. I grew up in Jasper, Alabama. I am married to my best friend, Jaime who is from Vestavia, Alabama. I definitely “married up”. Our newest blessing is our daughter, Avery Wells Gambrell. She was born on January 20, 2009 and has filled our home with joy (among other things). I have 2 great sisters, Katy and Mary Bec and 2 wonderful parents, Danny and Nancy. God has blessed me with an amazing family.
I started blogging a few years ago for personal journaling purposes. My wife will tell you that I am not a very “deep” person but I do enjoy blogging (as shallow as the posts may be). I have recently made my blog available to anyone bored enough to have interest in reading it. Topics will range anywhere from Mexican food to Alabama Football.
I aim to live a life that glorifies God! My prayer is that I always live my life in view of eternity.
