Braves Game

We had a great time this past Saturday at the Atlanta Braves game.  Jaime and I went to the game with two Astros fans, Justin and Blair Parrish.

This was our first trip with the Parrish’s since they were married back in February.  The Braves lost 4-1 in a very uneventful game, but it was fun nonetheless.  Some of the highlights from the game:  Meeting Corky Miller and Jason Perry, yelling at Glenn Hubbard and Terry Pendleton, talking to Lance Berkman, getting a ball from Omar Infante, a Brian McCann home-run, and watching the silky smooth defense of Yunel Escobar (my new man crush).

We always meet some very interesting people on my road trips with Justin.  We had some interesting conversations with some locals at an Oxford, AL gas station before the game.  After the game, we witnessed a make-out session at a Douglasville, GA Waffle House.  You can always count on meeting some interesting people at any given Waffle House.  We even fell victim to a minor hit-and-run accident.

Going to a Braves game is one of my most favorite things to do!  Go Braves!
